Bible Study: 1 Corinthians 3-4 May 19, 2017
This is a recording of a study and commentary on 1 Cor 3,4. It continues from the study on 1 Cor 1,2.
There are realities perceived in this natural world, and there is God’s reality.
Of the two, the former is temporary, the latter is eternal, and this is seen and works according to God’s eternal perspective.
In his epistle, Paul the apostle was striving against factions breaking out in Corinth.
For when one says, “I am of Paul,” and another, “I am of Apollos,” are you not carnal? – 1 Cor 3:4
The Corinthians were declared “carnal.” We are called to know God and let the new man, the spirit, rule us.
May the Lord bless you.
