The eternally relevant church – audio
Jesus Christ died not just for individual sinners but so that they could join under one Spirit as His body. The Ephesian epistle talks about this, and in Ephesians 3 where we pick up our rambling and roundabout study that branches into the beginning of Ephesians 4, we read how the apostle Paul speaks of God’s eternal purpose (3:11). Despite certain solo holiness preachers speaking into their video camera on YouTube saying the church is no longer God’s mission, but rather individuals are, the one sure revelation of God’s Word says otherwise.

Where is the testimony of the Christians?
Where is the testimony of the Christians as told of in God’s Word? Who truly represents the kingdom of God in its fullness? What is represented to the world that should even be very compelling for citizens of the world to leave what the world offers and come join with the Christians? A kingdom that is only in word and not in power? A house of mediocrity? Jesus said that we should have an overwhelming love (Jn 13:34.35) and unity (Jn 17:20-23) and spirit and way about us that would be called light. The New Covenant – Hebrews 8, etc. – Audio
Thank God for the New Covenant! In our round-about study of Hebrews, the epistle which warns against drifting away, and explains the priesthood of Jesus Christ, talks also of a “better covenant with better promises.” That is the New Covenant, as highlighted in Heb. 8.
