Unmasking the flesh and evil spirits of false religion in pseudo ‘Christianity’
We would not have a large portion* of the New Testament if it were not for an alarmed epistle writer – Paul, James, John, Jude, Hebrew writer, Peter – who felt it necessary to correct, rebuke, and instruct people seeking to follow Jesus Christ. The New Testement shows clearly that Satan sought from the beginning to infiltrate the believers by working through their natural intellects, biases, and feelings. These are all components of what the New Testament calls the flesh. Jesus in John 6:63 said “It is the Spirit which gives life. The flesh profits nothing. …” Paul wrote in Galatians 5:20 that heresies are a work of the flesh. Jesus…

Spiritual Truth Is Discerned In The Spirit
Matthew 11 – 25 At that time Jesus answered and said, “I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes. 26 Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. 27 All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him. The New Testament indicates that its truths – and Jesus Himself – are hidden in plain sight and not simply read…

Jesus’ Stated Conditions on Who May Be His Follower
This will be less of an article and more of a focus on the words of Jesus Christ stating who may become a follower of His. Of course a follower of His is more commonly known as a Christian. So these are the entry requirements of being a Christian. And they are Jesus’ requirements on those who are in position to go to heaven. Following the bare listing of the verses, will be a bit of commentary. Jesus’ Conditions – Strictly the words of Jesus Note liberty has been taken to bold-face and underline key phrases to show you that these are emphatic, non-negotiable conditions/requirements Jesus gave. Some of these are redundant because…

The Fatal Problem of the Protestant Way
Although Protestantism corrected many wrongs of the Catholic church and gave Christians a fighting chance to know Jesus, it has ultimately been a failed experiment. Eternal life is to know God, not just about God. People are saved by knowing, loving, and obeying Jesus and the Father by the Holy Spirit. They must know God (Jn 17:3), and He must know them (Mt 7:21-23). If they do this as the New Testament actually teaches, this “knowing” is an intimate union with God. It is being “one” with God as Jesus called for in John 17:11; 20-23. This “knowing” God the Lord spoke of is akin to a wife who knows…

Cords that bind: Complex challenges that keep Christians in erroneous ways of the faith
This article will provide a list of fleshly and wrong-spirited motivations that may be found in followers of Christ – be they true Christians or just think they are. The list will give God-guided, Spirit-filled Christian workers a grasp of what they are up against. It is quite a lot! Before getting to that, some explanation is in order. There is one faith of Jesus Christ (Eph. 4:4-6). There are, however, thousands of divisions in what is called the “Church” – loosely and imperfectly defined as all who claim to be followers of Jesus Christ. In John 17 Jesus called for the church to be as one, but they are…
