Can a Christian Lose Salvation?
Many who inquire whether the Bible teaches Christians may lose their salvation start from the wrong frame of mind. While it is very normal and natural to want to ensure where one stands with the Creator, the spirit of their understanding can be off. Salvation is the most precious gift one can possibly receive, and it cost God the highest cost He could possibly pay. Bible Study: 1 Corinthians 3-4 May 19, 2017
This is a recording of a study and commentary on 1 Cor 3,4. It continues from the study on 1 Cor 1,2. There are realities perceived in this natural world, and there is God’s reality. Of the two, the former is temporary, the latter is eternal, and this is seen and works according to God’s eternal perspective. Whole books have been written analyzing First Corinthians, but a few takeaway messages include that it is possible to be a genuine Christian, even manifesting miracles and gifts of the Holy Spirit, and yet still be “carnal” – and not “spiritual” (1 Cor 3). The Apostle Paul had planted the Corinthian church and he was appealing to…

The only 100-percent validated words of God we have are the inspired scriptures. These were written by “holy men of old” under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. While they have been under attack for the last 2,000 years since the Lord Jesus Christ was raised from the dead, what has been passed along has been vetted. Jesus even said His words were eternal. Mt 24:35 – Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass…
